We are accepted as an "out-of network" provider for most other insurance plans. Your plan may reimburse you for a portion of your expenses for therapy with an out-of-network provider. Upon your request, on a monthly basis we will provide you with an itemized invoice to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. This invoice will include procedure coding, diagnosis coding and session dates that your insurance carrier will need in order to reimburse you. Please call your insurance carrier directly to learn about their policies for working with out-of-network providers and to ensure coverage for the type of service you desire. We will provide this same service for the aforementioned insurances of which we are providers. However, payment is due at the time of service.
